For more than 40 years, I have lived and worked within Maine’s business ecosystem. I’ve seen firsthand how small businesses, community leaders, volunteers, and local families shape the identity and resilience of our towns. I’ve also witnessed the steady decline of consistent, structured local storytelling dedicated to documenting that progress.
Maine Valley Voices Media exists to help restore that structure.
As the umbrella platform for our regional publications — including Penobscot Valley Voice, Kennebec Valley Voice, and additional valley editions currently in development — MVVM is built to spotlight community initiatives, highlight business milestones, and document the evolving narrative of Maine with integrity and consistency.
